Delete Your Data
This page explains how local Orso app data can be deleted from inside the app and what limited categories of information may still exist separately outside local device-only wellbeing entries.

There is no traditional account system for the core Orso app experience. Users can delete their local app data from inside the app. Deletion of locally stored app data is intended to be immediate and irreversible for that local data.

How to Delete Local App Data
- Open the relevant data or settings area inside the Orso app
- Use the in-app deletion option made available for local data removal
- Confirm the deletion action
For locally stored app data, deletion is intended to be immediate and irreversible.
What is Deleted
Where data is stored only locally in the Orso app environment on the user’s device, deletion is intended to remove that local app data. This may include private wellbeing entries, reflections, logs, and similar local content depending on the feature used.
What Orso Does Not Keep After Local Deletion
If private local wellbeing entries are stored only on the user’s device, Orso does not keep those entries after deletion through the local app flow because Orso may not have access to those local-only entries in the first place.
What May Still Exist Separately
Some limited categories of information may still exist outside deleted local app content where applicable, including App Store or platform transaction records, billing or entitlement records controlled through Apple systems, support emails or support correspondence voluntarily sent to Orso, and legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance-related records where required.
No Traditional Account Deletion Flow for the Core App Model
Because the core Orso experience does not currently rely on a traditional account system in the ordinary sense described on this page, this page focuses on deletion of local app data and on clarifying the categories of limited separate records that may still exist.
