Orso may not have access to private local wellbeing entries stored only on a user’s device. Requests through this page are therefore limited to information actually accessible or controlled by Orso, rather than local-only device content that Orso may not receive or hold.

What this Page Covers
This page is intended to cover privacy and data requests relating to categories such as website interactions, support emails or support records, billing-related context visible to Orso, platform-related information, and other limited information that may be accessible or controlled by Orso in the ordinary course of operating the service.
What this Page Does Not Cover in the Same Way
If private wellbeing entries or similar sensitive content are stored only locally on the user’s device, Orso may not have access to that information. In those cases, the most direct control over such local data may be deletion or management inside the app on the user’s device rather than a request processed by Orso.

- Request access to information that Orso may actually hold or control about you
- Request deletion of information that Orso may actually hold or control, where applicable
- Request correction of inaccurate information accessible to Orso
- Request clarification about the categories of information that may be accessible or controlled by Orso
- Ask questions about support, website, billing, or platform-related data handling
How to Make a Request
Send your request to contact@orso-assistant.com. To help Orso respond efficiently, describe the request clearly and identify the category of interaction involved, such as website contact, support email, subscription issue, or another limited data context.
Verification
Where reasonably necessary, Orso may ask for additional information to verify the request before disclosing, correcting, or deleting information. This is intended to reduce the risk of responding to the wrong person.
Limits of Response
Responses are limited to information actually accessible or controlled by Orso. Orso cannot necessarily provide access to, correct, or delete records held independently by Apple, hosting providers, email platforms, or other third parties acting under their own systems unless Orso directly controls the relevant category.
