Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
This page explains the main Orso subscription plans, how Apple App Store billing works, how auto-renewal operates, and how users can manage or cancel a subscription.

All current Orso subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. There is no free trial, no introductory offer, no promo code, and no special refund promise at this time unless Apple or applicable law provides otherwise.

How Billing Works
Subscriptions are offered through Apple’s in-app purchase system. When a user subscribes, billing is handled by Apple using the payment method associated with the user’s Apple ID. Orso does not directly process payment card details for these App Store subscriptions.
Pricing displayed on the website or in the app is provided for transparency, but the final price, currency, taxes, and billing presentation shown in the App Store purchase flow control where applicable.
Auto-Renewal
All current subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled by the user. Renewal is charged by Apple according to the selected subscription and Apple’s billing rules for the relevant storefront.
If a user does not want a subscription to renew, it must be cancelled before the next renewal date through Apple ID or App Store subscription settings.
Managing or Cancelling a Subscription
- Open Apple account subscription settings
- Select the Orso subscription
- Review the plan, renewal status, or cancellation options available through Apple
Cancellation prevents future renewal, but it does not usually terminate the current paid subscription period immediately unless Apple states otherwise.
Refunds
Orso does not provide a separate refund promise in addition to Apple’s systems or any rights that may apply under mandatory law. Refund requests, where available, are generally handled through Apple’s own support and billing processes.
No Trial or Promotional Offer at this Time
At the time of this page, Orso does not offer a free trial, introductory offer, promo code, or special promotional discount under this subscription structure unless such an offer is later displayed directly through the Apple App Store purchase flow.
